MenoBrief is designed to help people prepare for healthcare appointments while keeping their briefing information in the browser during use.
1. Local Processing
Information entered into MenoBrief is processed locally in your browser. The application does not send patient information to a MenoBrief backend or database.
2. Temporary Browser Memory
Your working information is held temporarily while you use the application. Refreshing the page or closing it clears the active working session. MenoBrief does not provide automatic long-term storage of your entries.
3. No Account Required
You can use MenoBrief without creating an account or registering.
4. PDF Generation and Downloads
Your briefing PDF is generated locally in your browser. When you download it, the file is saved using your browser's normal download process. The downloaded PDF remains on your device unless you choose to share or move it.
5. AI and Analytics
MenoBrief currently has no active AI integration or analytics integration. Your briefing information is organised using the application's existing local logic.
6. Important Privacy Limitations
Local browser processing does not guarantee complete security. Information may still be exposed through a compromised device, malicious scripts, browser extensions, or other software running in your browser. Protect your device and any downloaded PDFs, particularly when they contain sensitive health information.
7. Your Responsibility
Enter only information you are comfortable processing on your device. Keep your browser and device secure, and store downloaded PDFs carefully.
